Job summary

YZi Labs in Hong Kong is seeking a senior Finance Manager to own fund accounting, reporting and treasury for our LP funds and related SPVs. You will lead the annual audit, curate investor reporting, and coordinate with auditors, tax advisers and fund administrators.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in PE/VC fund finance, a CPA/ACCA/CA, and strong IFRS knowledge. Fluency in Chinese and English, HK residence, and independent ownership of deliverables are essential.

Qualifications

8–12 years of relevant experience in private equity or venture capital fund finance.
Big4 audit experience with client-side fund audits preferred.
Degree in accounting/finance; qualified CPA/ACCA/CA.
Strong IFRS knowledge for investment entity accounting; US GAAP a plus.
Hands‑on LP fund mechanics: capital calls, distributions, waterfalls and carry.
Experience with fund administrators, banks and custodians.
Fluent Chinese and English; HK resident with right to work.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for large datasets and modelling.
Independent, detail‑oriented with ability to own deliverables end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

Own fund accounting, NAV, and reporting for LP funds and SPVs.
Lead annual external audits and liaise with auditors, fund admins and legal advisors.
Manage treasury, capital calls, distributions, and cash forecasts; FX handling.
Oversee investor reporting, cap tables, and deal support with the investment team.
