Job summary

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited offers a 10-week paid internship in our Corporate Services team in Hong Kong. You will gain hands-on exposure to shareholder meetings, corporate actions and communications for HK-listed companies, while contributing to the AGM season.

You must be a current student with excellent English and Cantonese, be self-motivated, and able to work well in a team. The internship runs from April 26, 2027 to July 2, 2027 and includes potential interview

Qualifications

• You’re currently a student with strong English and Cantonese communication skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work in a team environment.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship from April to July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting logistics and venue/equipment setup.
• Set up registration and voting systems for online and on-site events.
• Assist with daily tasks and project work for the Corporate Services team.
• Support AGM-related services for HK-listed companies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team managers.
