Job summary

Hang Lung invites experienced finance professionals to join our 36-month Finance Executive Program designed to develop a new generation of leaders ready for a generalist role in finance.

The program offers diverse rotations across our Finance Department in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland, providing practical exposure to corporate and operational finance, and building strategic thinking and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• At least 9 years of experience in finance, accounting, or internal audit.
• Open-minded to rotate between Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland.
• Experience in real estate/property/retail/conglomerate sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive job rotations across Hang Lung's Finance Department in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland.
• Develop leadership capabilities and business acumen to support sustainable growth.
• Prepare for leadership roles directing the finance team in future assignments.

This program offers diverse learning experience, allowing finance executives to participate in comprehensive job rotations across our Finance Department in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland. They will gain practical knowledge in both corporate and operational finance, sharpen essential skills and business acumen to achieve sustainable growth with the Company.

Throughout the program, finance executives will enhance their leadership capabilities, strengthening their capability to think strategically and collaborate effectively. This preparation will empower finance executives to tackle complex business challenges with confidence.

Upon completing the program, finance executives will be ready to assume a leadership role, directing the finance team to new heights of achievement.
