Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a senior finance leader to manage group accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across the organization. You will oversee treasury functions, bank relationships, and cash management to support growth.

The role requires 15–20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with CPA/ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent qualification, and experience in regional or multinational settings.

Qualifications

  • Degree in accounting or finance with a professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 15–20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, banking, tax, and financial controls.
  • Experience in regional or multinational environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead group accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation activities.
  • Manage relationships with banking partners and oversee credit facilities, financing arrangements, and cash management.
  • Monitor working capital, cash flow, and treasury activities to support growth and operations.
  • Oversee corporate tax compliance, statutory reporting, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Ensure internal controls and financial governance in line with accounting standards.
  • Support audits and coordinate with external advisors, auditors, banks, and regulators.
  • Act as finance lead for systems and process improvements, ensuring data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Prepare management reports, board presentations, and financial analyses for executive decision-making.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury, banking, tax, and financial controls.
  • Experience working in regional or multinational business environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
