Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial management, regional reporting, and statutory compliance across multiple complex APAC entities.
• Drive strategic regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis to support sustainable business expansion.
• Partner directly with the executive leadership team to influence commercial pricing, cost control, and profitability within the professional services sector.
• Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of regional financial systems, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Manage corporate tax, treasury functions, and working capital optimization across regional operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership position, with a mandatory requirement for experience within a professional services or consulting business.
• Proven track record of regional or APAC finance management, navigating diverse regulatory and tax compliance frameworks.
• Recognised professional accounting qualification is mandatory, such as a CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with deep expertise in business partnering with director and above level team leads, strategic planning, and corporate governance.
• Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese or Mandarin required.
