Job summary

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in finance, business, economics or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive, with strong analytical thinking, a fast learner and a good team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment whilst showing initiative.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills in the money lending and financial services industries.
• Previous internship or work experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Supporting accounts team in managing documentation processes
• Processing account transactions, documentation and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
• Supporting the team with data entry, filing, and general administrative duties as required
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of client relationships
• Gathering client information and preparing comprehensive account analysis reports
• Assisting in ad hoc projects as required
