Job summary

GUM, a MPF expert in Hong Kong, invites energetic candidates to join its Relationship Management Trainee Program. This 18–24 month accelerated track starts as a Consulting Associate and progresses to Assistant Manager, with three stages and salary increments at each promotion.

You will manage corporate client relationships, learn retirement planning and employee benefits, and explore new business opportunities.

Qualifications

1–3 years working experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
Degree holder in any discipline.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable.
Willing to learn and take challenges; game changer mentality.

Responsibilities

Foster long-term customer relationships with corporate clients.
Demonstrate eagerness for self-improvement and peer-learning.
Service client portfolios on retirement planning and employee benefits.
Understand client needs and provide tailor-made solutions.
Possess strong analytical and business development skills in pension products.
Conduct client meetings, webinars, and conferences to educate clients.
Achieve business targets by identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue.
