Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with focus on electronic trading systems and automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java (commercial experience preferred).
• Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with real-time data processing, distributed systems, and multi-threaded programming.
• Understanding of FICC derivatives products, trading workflows, pricing, quoting, and lifecycle automation.
• Familiarity with automated testing, DevOps, and Continuous Deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, including global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage production trade automation systems for front office in FICC.
• Collaborate with technologists, traders and sales to build scalable trading platforms.
• Lead end-to-end tech delivery and automation across trading/workflow initiatives.
