Job summary

CSI Global Markets Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Client Development professional to grow the corporate and hedge fund pipeline, focusing on regulatory compliant onboarding and risk assessment for product suitability.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in client development, strong AML knowledge, and fluency in English and Chinese. The role requires excellent communication to coordinate with clients and internal teams across regulatory and risk disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Finance, Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of direct client development experience in client acquisition or investment onboarding.
• Strong understanding of client investment and risk profiling for non-institutional clients (corporates, hedge funds) is a plus.
• Ability to explain why information is required in investment decision processes, taxation residency, and asset safekeeping.
• Familiarity with global AML laws and how products are impacted.

Responsibilities

• Update and fluidly manage the client development pipeline across key client segments (corporates and hedge funds).
• Prepare client prospecting decks educating clients and supporting information gathering and risk assessment for product suitability.
• Maintain risk management discipline and ensure compliance policies are embedded in client acquisition models with Legal and Compliance and product specialists.
