Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a Production Manager to oversee sourcing, production, and documentation of FF&E, finishes, and decor for diverse design projects in hospitality, F&B, retail, residential and more.

The role requires coordinating with operations and creative teams, managing multiple suppliers and timelines, and traveling internationally to sites as needed. A strong eye for aesthetics and independent working style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant production coordination, procurement, or project coordination experience in interior design, architecture, or procurement.
• Experience coordinating with multiple suppliers, vendors, PO, deliveries, and timelines under guidance of a Production Manager or Project Lead.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production and procurement activities for FF&E, finishes, and decor across hospitality, F&B, retail, and residential projects.
• Document procurement trackers, schedules, and delivery updates in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Operations Directors, Creative Directors, designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Travel internationally to supplier sites as required and manage cross-functional project meetings.
