Job summary

JPC Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end façade and curtain wall projects.

You will coordinate with design, production and site teams, ensure safety and quality, and manage risks and variations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HK façade projects and a background in civil/structural engineering, with CAD/BIM skills.

This role offers a hands-on leadership position with a focus on delivering complex packages on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Educated in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building or Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in façade or curtain wall projects in Hong Kong.
• 2+ years in a project management or lead role preferred.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of façade and curtain wall subcontracts from design through installation and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, resource plans and budgets; monitor progress and take action.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to review drawings and method statements.
• Liaise with suppliers, fabricators, on-site teams and main contractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with Hong Kong codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
