Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin invites ambitious individuals to join a 12-month structured development journey designed to build a strong foundation for a career in Food & Beverage. Through intensive operational training, cross-functional exposure and hands-on management experience, trainees will develop leadership and service capabilities.

The program also provides opportunities to participate in team-based projects, receive mentorship and contribute to Hyatt World of Care Programs.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality/related field.
• Language Skills: good working knowledge of English and proficiency in local language is an advantage.
• Experience: relevant internship & work experience in hotel or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Skills: strong communication & interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and cultural awareness.
• Personal Attribute: passionate about hospitality, high adaptability & resilience, and curious about global hospitality trends.

Responsibilities
