Job summary

Hong Kong Baptist University in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Student Services Officer to support the Leadership Qualities Centre. You will help design and deliver experiential learning activities for students and assist in daily operations of the centre.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong project management, and fluency in English and Chinese. Occasional travel and weekend work may be necessary, and knowledge of social media or design is a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with one year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours and on weekends; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver experiential learning activities including adventure education and outbound programmes.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for events and manage applications and finances.
• Consolidate activity data and prepare reports and proposals.
• Assist in managing the Centre’s social media accounts and website.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
