Job summary

CSK Garment Apparel is actively seeking a capable merchandising professional to manage order follow-ups with buyers and factories, including price negotiations and development coordination. The role demands strong communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will handle daily correspondence with customers and suppliers, work under pressure, and contribute to a dynamic garment manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of merchandising experience in Cotton Knit or Woven Garment with manufacturing experience.
• Mature, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsibilities

• Follow up bulk orders with buyers, and factory to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers.
• Follow up on product development process and production.
• Daily follow up and correspondence with customers and vendors.
