3cRGH is assisting a premier Hong Kong client to appoint a Technical Director (Building Construction & Corporate Governance) who will take executive responsibility for technical management, financial controls, and HR across the portfolio. The appointee will ensure compliance with the Buildings Ordinance and lead governance for major housing and structural developments.

• 8+ years of top-level management experience in building construction main contractors in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Technical Director with statutory oversight and Buildings Ordinance compliance.
• Oversee technical direction, project budget management, and HR allocation across contractor operations.
• Oversee site safety management systems, quality control programs, and statutory submissions for active buildings.
• Sign and endorse official contract documentation, BA/BD records, safety reports, and completion certificates.
• Represent the contractor in high-level interfaces with government authorities, consultants, and joint-venture partners.
