Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services Ltd in Central, Hong Kong, seeks a Senior Property Manager to act as Site-in-Charge overseeing building operations, tenancy management, customer services, cleaning and security.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate tenancy admin, fit-out work, and rent collection while preparing budgets and reports. 10+ years in property/facilities management with 5+ years in a managerial role are required, with preference for Central/HK Island experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Property Management, Facilities Management or related discipline
• Corporate membership of CIH, HKIH, HKIS, RICS, HKIFM or equivalent
• Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier1)
• 10 years in property/facilities management, with 5+ years in a managerial role
• Experience with Grade A offices, Central or HK Island preferred
• Strong client service and leadership skills
• English and Chinese proficiency; Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Act as Site-in-Charge to oversee building operations, tenancy management, customer services, cleaning and security
• Lead and manage on-site team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Oversee tenancy administration, handover/takeover, fit-out coordination, and rent collection follow-up
• Prepare annual budgets, management reports, manpower plans, and implement cost control measures
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, renovations, and improvement works with technical/project teams
• Monitor contractor performance for service standards, contractual obligations and regulations
• Ensure compliance with Building Ordinance, PMSA and other regulations
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
