Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA/MFin preferred; CFA/FRM preferred.
At least 10 years senior-level investment experience in banking or insurance settings.
Proven portfolio management and investment-strategy development track record.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; deep market understanding.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine the company's investment strategy aligned with objectives and market conditions.
Lead investment team and ensure activities follow investment guidelines.
Oversee research, selection, and allocation across asset classes.
Monitor portfolio performance and adjust for risk-adjusted returns.
Implement robust risk management practices and regulatory alignment.
Collaborate with actuarial and ALM teams to align with liability profiles.
