Job summary

Semtech Semiconductor Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Limited in Hong Kong Island is seeking a full-time company driver with integrity and a strong sense of responsibility to provide chauffeuring service for senior management and assist with daily procurement tasks.

Responsibilities include safe driving, routine vehicle maintenance, managing vehicle lifecycle, attending to repairs and inspections, and supporting procurement for renovation materials and construction projects.

Qualifications

• University degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a dedicated driver for senior executives or private principals.
• Prior experience serving senior leaders is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Hold a valid Hong Kong Class 1 driving licence, familiar with road conditions and traffic regulations across Hong Kong.
• Strong service mindset, discreet and confidential, punctual and trustworthy.
• Prior procurement experience in renovation, construction materials and engineering projects is preferred.
• Able to start work immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Abide by traffic regulations strictly, drive safely, and conduct routine maintenance of company vehicles to guarantee safe driving and keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Manage the full lifecycle of company vehicles, follow up on vehicle repair, servicing, annual inspection, cleaning and disinfection in a timely manner.
• Provide safe and punctual chauffeuring service for senior management on official trips with thoughtful service.
• Assist supervisors with daily administrative work, including procurement of construction materials and items for property renovation & maintenance projects.
• Follow company arrangements and complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management efficiently.
