Job summary

Asian Private Bank is seeking an Execution Trader to oversee client orders across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives and structured products. You will ensure timely trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with RMs, investment advisors and product specialists to support client needs and provide trading guidance. Strong Bloomberg skills and cross-asset knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
• CFA / MBA / relevant certification preferred.
• SFC Type 1 & 4 Licenses required.
• Singapore FMRP and CMFAS certifications including RES Modules 12B and CM-CMP advantageous.
• Proven experience in Private Banking trading and execution; Bloomberg familiarity.

• Ensure accurate and timely trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation across all asset classes.
• Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with front office teams (RMs, Investment Advisors, Product Specialists) to support client needs and provide guidance on trading-related matters.
• Manage relationships with brokers and counterparties to ensure efficient execution and market access.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar. CFA / MBA / relevant certification preferred.
• SFC Type 1 & 4 Licenses required.
• Singapore FMRP and relevant CMFAS certifications, including RES Modules 12B and CM-CMP, would be advantageous.
• Proven experience in Private Banking trading and execution, with familiarity in Bloomberg and automation tools.
• Strong product knowledge across multiple asset classes, with a solid understanding of market mechanics, securities, FX, and derivatives.
• Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset and proactively contributes beyond core responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Multilingual or cross-jurisdictional experience is a plus; basic Chinese proficiency preferred to support North Asian clients.
