• A relevant bachelor's degree, such as Social Work or Child & Youth Care.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working with vulnerable populations and at-risk youth.
• Experience facilitating programming is an asset.
• ASIST training and NVCI training is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Housing Support: serve as the primary overnight contact for youth.
• Support youth to settle, manage stressors and crises while focusing on daily goals.
• Provide holistic support around mental health, life skills, and housing.
• Collaborate with wraparound care team to meet individual needs.
