Job summary

Endowus is seeking an Investment Associate (Equity) to conduct in-depth research on public equity funds and managers, with a focus on long-term, endowment-style diversification. You will evaluate manager processes, assess whether a true structural edge exists, and communicate findings to the Investment Committee.

You will help bridge rigorous due diligence with content that supports investments for clients in Asia, leveraging data to back your theses and aiming for institutional-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of investment research experience in a multi-manager platform, endowment, sovereign wealth fund, or buy-side firm.
• Data-driven with a robust, quantitative framework to support theses.
• Fiduciary-aligned mindset with ability to translate research into client-focused investment ideas.

Responsibilities

• Fund and manager selection through qualitative and quantitative research.
• Deconstruct manager alpha by evaluating structural edge versus market factors.
• Support endowment-style diversification and access to institutional managers for equity offerings.
• Synthesize findings into a clear investment thesis for the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate on Asia-focused allocations and practical impact on client allocations.
