Job summary

China Renaissance 华兴资本 is seeking a skilled professional to structure and support equity derivatives transactions for onshore and offshore clients. You will draft term sheets and confirmations, negotiate master agreements, and ensure cross-border regulatory compliance while coordinating with Compliance, Risk and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• 1–6 years of relevant experience in equity derivatives structuring or related roles.
• Solid understanding of the EQD product regime, including cross-border transactions.
• Hands-on experience with derivatives documentation: term sheets, confirmations, ISDA/CSA.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Structure and support execution of equity derivatives transactions across swaps, options, TRS and structured notes.
• Draft and review term sheets, confirmations, and master agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk and Operations on approvals, KYC/onboarding, and settlement.
• Support Sales in client engagement, including preparing product materials for hedge funds and institutional investors.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting equity derivatives and cross-border channels.
