Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience in enterprise support, service delivery, or IT operations is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of an organization.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service desk, helpdesk, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business users to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Liaise with customers to understand service level agreements and ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through clear service scope definition and ongoing operational assessments.
• Proactively coordinate and drive the resolution of incidents, service requests, and planned or unplanned changes.
• Escalate service issues to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitor service performance and ensure support functions remain responsive to customer requirements.
• Prepare regular operational reports covering platform capacity, performance, service levels, and overall service status.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
