Job summary

Sheraton & Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung is seeking an experienced hotel engineering professional to oversee M&E services across two properties. The role emphasizes timely operation, technical leadership and safety compliance in a premium resort setting.

Responsibilities include supervising repairs, emergency maintenance, and ensuring all works meet high standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years in engineering and hold an E&W card with GI safety certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the Engineering field, preferably with experience in hotel industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably with good all round technical knowledge and skills for M&E systems.
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) and Construction Industry Safety Card

Responsibilities

• To ensure correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all M&E services. Provide technical support, lead and supervise trouble shooting and fault diagnosis.
• Supervise and monitor daily to ensure all repair and maintenance works to all guest rooms, public and services areas of the hotel and outside contractor works are follow through until works are completed up to the required standard.
• Carry out emergency repairs to all building and technical equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Perform emergency procedures and assigned duties according to hotel and departmental procedures.
