Accenture Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to lead design and implementation. You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, define business processes and data models, and coordinate with HR and IT to ensure seamless connectivity to Payroll and Talent modules.

Strong English communication, 7+ years SAP SF EC experience, and mentoring skills are required; relocation to Hong Kong is welcome for exceptional talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ years in Employee Central.
• Proven EC lifecycle implementations from design through deployment.
• Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows, and security.
• Experience with integrations and data migration best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; regional language skills a plus.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Functional Consultant role.

Job description

Lead the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.

Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into system configurations.

Drive workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to define business processes and data models.

Collaborate with integration and data teams to ensure seamless connectivity with Payroll, Talent modules, and external systems.

Provide guidance on best practices, release management, and solution enhancements post go-live.

Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality, documentation, and governance standards.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SuccessFactors team.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 5+ years specializing in Employee Central.

Proven track record in full lifecycle EC implementations, from design through deployment.

Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows, and security concepts.

Experience with integration scenarios and data migration best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Functional Consultant role
