Job summary

Everlight Engineering Company Limited is a HK-based engineering service provider seeking a degree/diploma holder to lead Plumbing & Drainage projects on-site from inception to completion.

The role requires 4–6 years P&D experience, solid knowledge of local water regulations, AutoCAD, and strong leadership to coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in P&D engineering.
• Deep knowledge of local water supply and drainage regulations, WSD/DSD submission procedures, and code of practices.
• Solid experience in site installation, site coordination, and T&C procedures.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to handle demanding site situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage Plumbing and Drainage installation projects from inception to completion (Sub-contractor perspective).
• Oversee site progress, quality control, testing & commissioning, and ensure project delivery adheres to schedule and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and negotiate effectively with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and relevant government authorities.
• Manage sub-contractors, site frontline supervisors, and mentor junior engineers/apprentices.
• Assist in cost estimation, variation orders assessment, and project financial control.

Job Responsibilities
