Job summary

Krueger Engineering (Asia) Ltd. is seeking a capable Site Engineer to coordinate on-site works, inspect materials, and monitor progress of E&M projects in Hong Kong.

You will liaise with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants to ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Engineering (BS/EE/Mech) with at least 3 years of relevant E&M contractor experience, and is proficient in CAD drawing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering (BS / EE / Mech).
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant work experience in E&M contractor firm.
• Familiar with CAD Drawing.
• Experienced in site coordination/monitoring overall project progress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site works and monitor progress on site.
• Inspect materials and confirm testing and commissioning standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors for timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site.
• Attend site meetings to report progress and resolve issues.
• Provide solutions for site matters and risks.

Duties

• Responsible for co-ordination site works, material inspection, work inspection, T&C
• Monitor and coordination for the site operation, manage site progress and workmanship on site
• Liaise with sub-contractors for timely completion of the project
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site
• Attend site meeting to report site progress
• Provide solutions for site matters
• Attend all site activities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering (BS /EE/ Mech)
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant work experience in E&M contractor firm
• Familiar with CAD Drawing
• Experienced in site coordination/monitoring overall project progress
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with main contractor
• Knowledge to prepare cost estimation and VO application
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Strong safety awareness
• Report to Project Manager
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Project Engineer
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
