Diocesan Building and Development Commission (DBDC) of the Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong (CDHK) invites applications for an Energy Reduction Project involving building services retrofitting works, educational programme and BEAM Plus Existing Schools Certification for 100 Catholic Diocesan and Caritas Schools. The appointment is to be a 18-month contract.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, has at least 5 years in building construction or

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in building construction, retrofitting works or engineering consulting.
• Corporate member with HKIE or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Administering and supervising retrofitting works; BEAM Plus existing schools certification.
• Coordinating with users, QS and contractors.
• Liaising with schools, sponsoring organization, external vetting organization to implement and promote the Project.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager, DBDC Office Administrator and Project team to deliver the Project.
