Job summary

• Strong frontend development and production-ready websites.
• Strong web design fundamentals: layout, typography, responsive design.
• Conversion-focused mindset for landing pages and campaigns.
• Ability to work from ambiguous briefs and ship independently.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build websites end-to-end — translate client requirements into structure, visual direction, interactions, and a production-ready site.
• Create high-converting landing pages by aligning ad journeys with conversion goals.
• Build and revamp company websites translating brand and business requirements into polished experiences.
• Make design decisions independently and communicate rationale to clients.
• Own frontend implementation — responsive layouts, interactions, animations, performance across devices.
• Set up marketing infrastructure — pixels, analytics, tracking, forms, and integrations needed to measure performance.
• Document and communicate clearly to align clients on requirements, site structure, and implementation.
