Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, Building Services or related field.
• 5–10 years in Structured Cabling, ELV or ICT projects; experience in commercial, residential, or data centre projects.
• Familiar with network cabling certification and testing (ISO/IEC).
• Experience with CCTV, Access Control, Public Address and Intercom systems is a plus.
• Strong project coordination, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with technical drawing interpretation and project management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Structured Cabling and ELV projects from planning to completion.
• Plan and control project budget, costing and resources to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Review drawings, specifications and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate technical requirements for Structured Cabling (Copper/Fibre), network cabinets and cable containment systems; familiarity with CCTV, Access Control, Public Address and Intercom systems will be an advantage.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedule, manpower and site progress to meet deadlines.
• Supervise installation works and ensure quality, safety and technical standards are met.
• Prepare and monitor project cost reports, variation orders (VO) and claims.
• Manage testing, commissioning, documentation, as-built drawings and project handover.
