Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead a team designing next-generation, high-performance audio products. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a engineering management role.
• Experience in high-quality audio hardware or power supply design is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in end-to-end product development, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and root-cause problem-solving techniques.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Chinese, with fluent Putonghua required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop electronic engineers across multiple new product development projects to build long-term technical capabilities.
• Oversee and approve electronic system architectures, schematics, PCB layouts, firmware/software integration, and component selection.
• Partner closely with Industrial Design, Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and QA teams to deliver products that align with customer specs, target costs, and quality benchmarks.
• Define technical specifications for complete products and electronic components to ensure maximum reliability and manufacturing yield.
• Track development milestones, assembly costs, and budget constraints to maintain strict schedule adherence.
