Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth execution of E&M building projects. The role involves overseeing engineering activities, coordinating site operations and managing MVAC/ELV/BMS-related works.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of MVAC, ELV and BMS experience, excellent planning and presentation skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of MVAC, ELV and BMS coordination, design and handover experience.
• Experience with main contractors or E&M contractors preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Review material and equipment submissions, as well as shop drawings, to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure efficient execution of project activities.
• Oversee MVAC control, ELV, and BMS coordination, including design review and system handover.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to facilitate smooth and efficient project operations.
