Job summary

IDA Hospitality Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will maintain a clean, sanitary environment and support daily operations by washing and storing dishes and assisting with general cleaning tasks.

The role requires standing for long periods, a strong sense of hygiene, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a fast-paced team in a busy kitchen. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and handle physical work.
• Responsible, hardworking, and a strong sense of hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware using automated commercial dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure all washed items are dried and properly stored in their designated places.
• Clear trash bins regularly and maintain sanitation levels in the dishwashing station.
• Assist in general kitchen deep-cleaning tasks when required.
