Job summary

Lingnan University in Hong Kong invites applications for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer, Department of Economics. The appointee will support the Master of Science programmes in MIBF and MIDE, handling admissions, enquiries, and enrolment management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the programmes, with a focus on programme admission and promotion.
• Handling public enquiries, application processing and vetting and enrolment management.
• Assist in various programme administrative tasks pertaining to course operations.
• Coordinate administrative processes for student activities and events.
• Maintain the general administration and records of the Programme Office.
• Perform any tasks as assigned by the supervisors.
