Program Mgmt 4

Education: Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, Finance or Similar.

Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.

Language: English 90% proficiency.

Knowledge:

  1. Knowledge of the ISO13485 standard, when it will be carried out for projects.
  2. Performance Excellence, Customer Satisfaction.
  3. Systems / Software (Oracle, SMART, Office).
  4. ISO (process, forms), RMA, Demand, Contracts, QBR, E & O, Offset Inventory, ECO'S.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead operational meetings with your CIT.
  2. Preparation of Forecast and Analysis of Results.
  3. Compliance Board and monitoring of improvements.
  4. Review of Program Administrator's responsibilities.
  5. Prevention and Continuous Improvement.

Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
