Job summary

Hanaa Limited seeks a Junior E-Commerce & Web Design Assistant to support the creative team for HANAA (Womenswear) and THE MAY (Demi-Fine Jewelry). You will assist in weekly e-commerce asset production, image processing, and site maintenance, helping keep our online stores visually appealing.

Entry-level role with 1+ year experience; proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator; basic video editing with Premiere Pro/CapCut; a portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in web design, e-commerce graphic design, or artwork production.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/CapCut or Canva is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail, basic typography skills, and an interest in contemporary fashion and fine jewelry aesthetics.
• A portfolio showcasing basic web layout, image editing, or graphic design work is required.

Responsibilities

• Weekly E-Commerce Asset Production & Site Maintenance: assist product launches with image editing and banner updates.
• Resize, format, and upload web banners, landing pages, and product imagery across DTC site and regional channels.
• Adapt master design templates into daily digital assets including Instagram Stories, EDMs, banners, and promos.
• Provide basic video editing support for short-form social content (Reels/Stories).
• Maintain and organize the digital asset library (DAM) ensuring files are cataloged and accessible.
• Assist the creative team with photo shoot prep, prop sourcing, and workflow coordination.

We are looking for a enthusiastic, detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce & Web Design Assistantto support the creative team across our two growing brands: HANAA(Womenswear) and THE MAY(Demi-Fine Jewelry).

In this entry-to-junior level role, you will assist in day-to-day digital graphic production, e-commerce image processing, and website banner updates, ensuring our online store presentation remains fresh, consistent, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Weekly E-Commerce Asset Production & Site Maintenance

Assist with weekly product launches by performing photo background removal, basic color correction, and product image retouching.

Resize, format, and upload web banners, campaign landing page graphics, and product detail imagery across our official DTC website and regional e-commerce channels.

Adapt master design templates into daily digital assets, including Instagram Stories, email newsletters (EDMs), digital ad banners, and promotional content under the guidance of the Senior Visual Designer.

Provide basic video editing support and formatting for short-form social content (Reels/Stories).

Maintain and organize the digital asset library (DAM), ensuring all image files, raw photos, and graphics are properly cataloged and accessible.

Assist the creative team with photo shoot preparation, prop sourcing, and general workflow coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

1+ year of experiencein web design, e-commerce graphic design, or artwork production (Fresh graduates in Graphic/Digital Design are welcome to apply).

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; basic knowledge of Premiere Pro/CapCut or Canva is a plus.
