Job summary

Feste Group, based in Hong Kong, is seeking an in‑house driver and event logistics assistant to support deliveries and on‑the‑ground operations for catering and events. The role requires driving a van, loading and unloading goods, and assisting with event setups while coordinating with venue teams.

The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Bilingual English/Cantonese communication is preferred, with a willingness to adapt to varying schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid Hong Kong driving licence.
• Experience driving a van (Hiace equivalent).
• Physical stamina for lifting and loading.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong roads and venue access points.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, lift, carry and organise goods safely.
• Check items packed correctly before departure.
• Deliver items to venues and communicate with venue teams.
• Assist with basic event setup, drop-offs and returns.
• Return equipment and stock after events.
• Keep vehicle clean and in good working order.
• Report vehicle, delivery, stock or equipment issues promptly.
• Work with kitchen, event managers and warehouse staff.
• Support ad hoc logistics tasks as needed.
