Time Grand Limited is seeking an experienced executive chauffeur in Hong Kong to provide safe and professional transport for the CEO and family. The role requires meticulous route planning, real-time traffic awareness, and strict adherence to traffic laws and company policies.

You will perform daily vehicle inspections, arrange routine maintenance, and keep cars sterile and well-presented. Strong English and Cantonese communication is essential, with Putonghua a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a company or household driver in Hong Kong or mainland China.
• Valid Hong Kong and China driving licenses with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Extensive experience driving 7-seater vans in Hong Kong and China.
• Proficient spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua a plus.
• Responsible, non-smoker, punctual, honest, courteous and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours.
• Immediate availability is advantageous.

Responsibilities 職責

• Provide safe and professional chauffeur service to CEO and family members.

• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections (fluid levels, tire pressure, etc.).

• Possess sound knowledge of simple vehicle maintenance and manage scheduled servicing, repairs, and annual licensing/MOT.

• Keep the vehicles in an immaculate, clean, tidy, and highly hygienic condition at all times, including regular car washing and interior vacuuming.

• Maintain the garage to ensure it remains neat, tidy, and organized.

• Support general office administrative tasks (e.g., dispatching documents, running errands, or assisting with office logistics) when no driving or family tasks are assigned.

Job Requirements 任職要求

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a company or household driver in Hong Kong and China.
  具五年或以上香港及中國內地公司司機或家庭司機工作經驗。

• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  能駕駛手動波（棍波）車輛。

• Possess extensive hands-on driving experience of 7-seater Van in both Hong Kong and China.
  具豐富香港及中國內地七人車實際駕駛經驗。

• Possess a valid Hong Kong and China driving license with a clean driving record.
  持有有效香港及中國內地駕駛執照，並具良好駕駛紀錄。

• Able to communicate confidently and professionally in spoken English and Cantonese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage.
  能以英語及廣東話進行良好及專業的溝通，懂普通話者優先考慮。

• Responsible, non-smoker, punctual, honest, courteous, positive work attitude, and safety-conscious driver.
  具責任感、非吸煙人士、守時誠實、有禮貌、工作態度積極及具安全駕駛意識。

• Willing to work overtime and able to accommodate flexible working hours.
  願意加班及配合彈性工作時間安排。

• Immediate availability will be an advantage.

• Applicants may be required to undergo background screening, including verification of driving records and declaration of any criminal convictions.

Working Hours & Benefits 工作時間及福利

• 6-day work week
  每週工作六天

• Monday to Saturday: 08:00 a.m. - 07:00 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break)
  星期一至六：上午8時至下午7時（包括1小時午膳時間）

• Vehicle pick-up and drop-off location: HK Island / Kwai Chung
  取車及交車地點：港島區／葵涌
