Job summary

Julius Baer in Hong Kong offers the GPS Associate Programme: a two-year development journey designed for ambitious early-career professionals to become DPI Analysts within Direct Private Investments.

You will rotate through 2-3 GPS teams, gain exposure to private markets, and work on transaction administration, documentation and coordination, with mentorship to support your progression to a permanent DPI Analyst role.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
• Attention to detail and drive for results.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for DPI transactions and documentation.
• Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders across Hong Kong and Zurich.
• Maintain transaction records and pipelines; track milestones and follow-ups.
• Assist in gathering market data, company profiles and investment opportunities.
