Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Markets Compliance leader to drive CFCR strategy, risk management and regulatory relations. You will provide timely CFCR advice across product life cycles, collaborate with Markets COO, Technology and Risk teams, and ensure adherence to laws and internal policies while enabling business growth.

Qualificações

• 10–15 years of experience in Financial Markets Compliance.
• Languages: Cantonese and English.
• HKIB Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) would be an advantage.
• Be well-versed in the financial markets regulations and regulatory expectations in Hong Kong.
• Sound judgment on regulatory practices and risk management.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Operate independently with strong ethics and resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Support and implement the CFCR leadership strategy in Hong Kong.
• Promote Here for Good culture and comply with Group Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver regulatory guidance and establish an integrated CFCR risk management program.
• Provide timely CFCR advice across the product lifecycle and business initiatives.
• Challenge stakeholders when activities exceed risk tolerance and drive remediation actions.
• Maintain regular, structured engagement with key business and functional stakeholders.
