This role offers the opportunity to work across disciplines, contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of our forensic offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients during forensic matters and other high-profile, time-critical situations, supporting decision-making, coordination and resolution efforts.
  • Develop and present clear, structured insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal advisers, regulators and other key stakeholders.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals, thought leadership and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Lead, mentor and develop team members, fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Work closely with Directors and Managing Directors to contribute to the growth and development of the forensic practice.

  • Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage teams across multidisciplinary and cross-border engagements.
  • Expertise in one or more forensic domains, including forensic accounting, corporate investigations, digital forensics, eDiscovery, analytics, financial crime, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to a range of audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience contributing to business development initiatives and supporting practice growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience developing and mentoring teams in fast-paced environments.
