Job summary

Guotai Junan International is seeking a DevOps/SRE/Operations engineer to improve release speed and automate build/deploy/verify/rollback processes. The role emphasizes maintaining CI/CD pipelines, deployment scripts, and robust monitoring.

You will lead alert governance and contribute to incident RCA and continuous improvement. The position requires strong Linux skills, scripting (Shell, Python), and experience with production release management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE/Operations Engineering.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting and operations skills.
• Strong Shell scripting; proficient in Python automation.
• Experience with CI/CD and production release management.

Responsibilities

• Improve release speed by standardizing and automating build/deploy/verify/rollback processes.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts/tools.
• Build and optimize monitoring, logging, and alerting for key systems.
• Lead alert governance (severity, routing, de-duplication, noise reduction) and maintain runbooks/SOPs.
• Perform production support, incident troubleshooting, RCA, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure change records, access control, and audit-friendly operational documentation.
