Job summary

Guotai Junan (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a DevOps / Operations Development Engineer to improve release speed by standardizing and automating build, deploy, verify, and rollback processes. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing CI/CD pipelines and deployment scripts, while building robust monitoring, logging, and alerting for critical systems.

You will lead alert governance, conduct production support, root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring comprehensive change

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE/Operations Engineering.
• Strong Linux troubleshooting and operations skills.
• Strong Shell scripting; proficient in Python automation.
• Experience with CI/CD and production release management.
