Job summary

Listed Bank is seeking a Treasury Settlement Manager to supervise a team handling daily settlement functions for derivatives, including equity, rates, FX, and credit instruments. You will support FXMM and Fixed Income, drive strategic initiatives, and assist with management reporting.

The role requires strong experience in derivatives settlement, team leadership, and familiarity with SWIFT, Murex, and Bloomberg. UAT participation and project management are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10 years of relevant experience in banking operations, specifically derivatives settlement.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives products (Equity, Interest Rate, FX, Credit) and Variation Margin processes.
• Proven experience in team supervision and project management.
• Proficiency in systems/tools such as SWIFT, Murex, Bloomberg is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide team members in daily settlement activities for derivatives products across multiple asset classes.
• Ensure operational activities are accurate, efficient, and compliant with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee settlement processing for newly traded derivatives and lifecycle management.
• Provide operational support to FXMM and Fixed Income teams to facilitate seamless operations.
• Support implementation of strategic projects and participate in UAT for system enhancements.
