Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) is seeking an entry-level software developer to participate in the full software development lifecycle. You will work on front-end or back-end modules with guidance from senior team members and learn to configure middleware like Kafka and Redis.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in software development; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of front-end or back-end technologies and programming principles.
• Familiarity with common middleware (e.g., Nginx, Kafka, Redis) is a plus but not required.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana), or logging systems (ELK) is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of RPA tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
