CLSA Hong Kong seeks a seasoned quantitative trader support professional to assist traders in execution, hedging and market making. You will collaborate with sales to price client trades and partner with Risk, Finance and IT to enhance pricing and processes.

The role requires a strong Python background, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work across fast-paced, cross-functional teams to deliver robust trading solutions.

Formación

• Master’s degree or above in computer science, math, physics, engineering or quantitative finance.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Python programming is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of tracking optimization or multi-factor risk modelling is advantageous.
• Strong communication and team skills, ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support traders in daily trading activities including execution, hedging, and market making.
• Collaborate with Sales for client pricing and with Risk, Finance, Operations, Quant and Technology teams.
• Develop tactical tools to enhance pricing and trading decision processes.
• Work with senior traders to generate trade ideas and back-test strategies.
• Coordinate with MO, Operations and Settlement for booking and reconciliation.
