Job summary

TRON DAO is seeking a meticulous Financial Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting and reporting for crypto assets and fiat transactions. You will reconcile DeFi revenue with on-chain data, validate wallet transactions, and ensure accurate ERP entries in QuickBooks.

The role requires collaboration with risk, wallet, and BPM teams to safeguard compliance and financial integrity. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of accounting experience, familiarity with crypto markets, and strong English and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
CPA or equivalent professional designation preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of accounting and reporting experience, preferably in audits.
Experience with crypto exchanges and blockchains is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Reconcile DeFi revenue using on-chain data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with risk and wallet teams to verify rewards and crediting processes.
Detect and resolve anomalous transactions and reward variances.
Extract data from internal systems; reconcile multiple wallets across categories.
Evaluate payments to ensure SOP compliance and proper vendor and wallet details.
