Qualifications

• Proven experience developing classification or risk-scoring models in production.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with hands-on Databricks experience.
• Solid background in feature engineering across customer and financial data.
• Experience deploying models using cloud platforms and automated pipelines.
• Familiar with model monitoring, drift detection and performance evaluation.
• Able to explain model drivers clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in churn, retention or customer lifecycle analytics.
• Insurance, life & savings or financial services exposure is an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently across build, stabilization and BAU phases.

Responsibilities

• Build, refresh and enhance churn and retention prediction models across the full lifecycle.
• Engineer and expand features using behavioural, transactional and intermediary datasets.
• Deploy and automate models in a cloud environment with scalable data pipelines.
• Produce customer-level risk scores and interpretable indicators for campaign usage.
• Develop dashboards to monitor model accuracy, drift and ongoing performance.
• Translate analytical outputs into actionable insights for retention initiatives.
• Embed model outputs into operational and campaign management workflows.
• Continuously improve models to reflect changing customer behaviour and data structures.
• Collaborate with business, marketing and technology stakeholders to align priorities.
