• Work closely with business team to understand their analytical needs, identify critical metrics and KPIs, etc.
• Develop analytic and regular reporting packages. (BI)
• Support data governance and ensure data quality of productive systems
• Provide system support, troubleshoot issues
• Database modeling & reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI)

• Bachelor’s degree in information system or equivalents.
• 2 years relevant experience in data analytics and real estate industry
• Strong in SQL, Python development
• Knowledge in ERP system such as SAP FICO, EPM, Yardi
• Experience in using Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI is an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Fresh Graduate with strong technical skills would be considered
