Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Analyst/Associate for Strategic Business Planning & Business Control in the Consumer Banking Group. The role focuses on KPI management, data analysis, and helping optimize sales productivity and expense control.

The incumbent will develop dashboards, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to support business objectives in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in KPI management, sales operations, incentive monitoring, or expense management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performance Monitoring: Collect, analyse, and report on departmental KPIs and sales data to track performance against strategic goals.
• Sales Productivity & Incentive Oversight: Analyse sales data and assist managers to identify areas for improvement in sales force effectiveness and productivity.
• Expense Management Support: Assist in managing and monitoring departmental expenses, including tracking, reporting, and identifying areas for optimisation.
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide support for various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the department.
